Strategy is the "how"

Awareness campaigns have two goals: informing your audience and motivating them to act. Maybe you need them to switch to One.IU or drop Oncourse in favor of Canvas. Maybe all they need to know is IU's Central Authentication Service (CAS) has interrupts.

If the IU community needs to know it, we'll develop and execute a strategy to help you achieve it. 

The process

Each project starts with a kickoff meeting to assess your needs. We will then evaluate your goals, resources, strengths, and weaknesses to develop a comprehensive communications plan. Awareness outlets include:

  • Print materials
  • Advertisements (print/digital)
  • Underwriting (radio/tv)
  • Managed web pages
  • Podcasting
  • Social media
  • Articles in related media publications

We also work with ITCO colleagues to deliver news releases, media relations, event support, and multimedia.
